Job summary

Alter Trading Corporation in Greeley, CO is seeking a U-Pull-It Supervisor to manage daily operations and assist the Facility Manager. The role combines administrative duties with customer service and inventory oversight.

You will supervise counter clerks, coordinate processing of titles, oversee vehicle parts sales, and ensure accuracy of data entry, timecards, and reports. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years’ cashier experience in retail and 1-3 years as an office/clerical assistant.
• Intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and courteous conduct with customers and employees.
• Knowledge of ferrous vs non-ferrous materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and screens customers, vendors, and visitors including staff.
• Answer calls and provide information on products and prices.
• Direct questions to the appropriate area/person.
• Organize titles and paperwork per Colorado state requirements.
• Supervise online parts or car sales and inventory control.
