Qualifications

• Two year degree in related field with five years in general office management.
• In lieu of degree, high school diploma with ten years general office experience with four years in management and logistics or accounting/bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of freight, demurrage, cost calculations and regulation policies on export and railroad shipments preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; typing speed 60 WPM; data entry and accuracy; strong supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs office and administrative functions under the General Manager.
• Maintains tracking reports for sales and shipments.
• Oversees contracts and maintains contract systems; provides copies to legal, risk and accounting as applicable.
