CONSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTS DEPOT, INC. is seeking a Territory Manager for TX to drive skid steer attachment and three-point implement sales, parts and service with dealers across the region.

You will manage an existing dealer network, sign new dealers, and support long-term relationships to build a strong regional dealer network. The role requires heavy travel (about 75%), market research to identify growth opportunities, collaboration with sales, operations and management, and creation of

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or related field.
• 75% on-the-road travel requirement.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and industry terms.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent planning, project management and communication skills.
• Team player with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers and securing new dealers.
• Conduct market research to quantify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections to sales and operations.
• Work with management to increase customer share, sales and profitability.
• Utilize programs to increase attachment and parts sales.
• Develop a proactive regional marketing plan with documentation.
