Job summary

IronCraft is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales and service support for dealers across CT, MA, MD, ME, NH, NY, NJ, and VT. You will grow the dealer network, manage accounts, and promote attachments and parts sales while traveling extensively.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of industry experience or an associate degree, excellent planning and communication, and a proven ability to work with management to develop regional marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.
• 75% travel on the road.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers and securing new dealers.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide summaries to sales/ops teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with management to increase customer share, sales and profitability.
• Utilize programs to increase attachment and parts sales.
• Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan with goals and ad/pro support.
