Job summary

IronCraft is seeking a regional sales professional to drive Skid Steer Attachment and three-point tractor implement sales, parts and service support for dealers. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, prospecting new dealers, and maintaining long-term relationships to build a strong dealer network in the region.

The candidate will conduct market research, analyze data, provide strategic feedback, and collaborate with management to grow sales, profitability, and customer share while

Qualifications

May require an associate degree and/or 3-5 years of industry experience.
Minimum guidance with tasks and problem resolution.
Must travel about 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Manage dealer network in assigned territory and grow existing dealers.
Prospect and sign new dealers to build a regional network.
Analyze market data to inform strategy and growth opportunities.
Provide feedback on market trends and projections to sales/ops.
Support relationships to increase customer share, sales and profitability.
Utilize programs to increase attachment and parts sales.
Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan and manage resources.
