Job summary

Ironcraft in Texas seeks a results-driven sales specialist to grow Skid Steer Attachment and three-point implement sales, parts and service with our dealer network. You will manage existing accounts, prospect for new dealers, and sign them to expand the regional footprint.

This role requires market research, planning, and strong communication to improve market share and profitability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a high degree of independence are essential, with about 75% travel on the

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related area or 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Proficient in planning and sales processes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent planning, project management and interpersonal abilities.
• Conversant with standard industry terms and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer network in assigned territory by promoting growth with existing dealers and securing new dealers.
• Conduct market research to quantify growth opportunities and provide summaries, recommendations, trends to sales/operations teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends and projections.
• Work with management to assure increasing customer share and profitability.
• Utilize programs to increase attachment and parts sales.
• Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan and coordinate ad/pro support.
