Slide Insurance seeks a Territory Sales Manager to Grow business and strengthen agency relationships in designated markets. You will drive new business and written premium while collaborating with underwriting, product, marketing, and operations teams to support agency success.

Candidates must reside in the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Houston metro areas. The role emphasizes analytics, strategy, and a high-energy, value-driven culture where collaboration and innovation are celebrated.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Property & Casualty insurance sales or agency distribution.
• Experience managing agency portfolios against goals.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through new business, written premium, and agency engagement within your territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies based on market opportunities and company goals.
• Build strong agency relationships through in-person visits, training, and ongoing support.
• Analyze sales, production, and profitability trends to optimize territory performance.
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support agency success.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to drive results.
