Open House Texas/Atlanta Realty & Investments is seeking a detail-driven Transaction Coordinator for their Dallas, TX on-site team. You will manage the closing process, draft addenda, track timelines, and ensure all documents and contingencies are handled with precision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with agents, title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure timely closings. This position requires a current Texas Real Estate license (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with TREC

Qualifications

Active Texas Real Estate license preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with TREC contracts.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed timelines for each transaction and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain compliant digital records for all transactions.
Review Texas Real Estate contracts to summarize key terms and contingency dates.
Serve as primary contact for agents and keep all parties updated on important dates.
Coordinate closing logistics, addenda, and document sharing with relevant parties.
Manage MLS status updates and prepare files for accounting.
Collaborate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys as needed.
