Qualifications

• 3-5 years of transaction coordination or related administrative experience.
• Real estate license is preferred but not required.
• Experience with wholesale, investment, off-market, or investor-focused real estate transactions is a strong plus.
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage numerous transactions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of real estate transaction files from executed contract through closing.
• Work primarily with wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions.
• Manage numerous active transactions, deadlines, and closing timelines simultaneously.
• Review transaction documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures.
• Track important dates, deposits, title/escrow milestones, and scheduled closings.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic transaction files.
• Follow up on missing documents, signatures, approvals, and outstanding action items.
• Provide regular updates on transaction status and upcoming deadlines.
• Assist in identifying potential issues that could delay or prevent a closing.
• Communicate changes or concerns quickly to the appropriate team members.
• Adapt to changing priorities and accelerated closing timelines.
• Support transaction-related administrative and operational needs.
