• 3-5 years of real estate transaction coordination or related administrative experience preferred.
• Real estate license is preferred but not required.
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and with wholesale/investment real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of real estate transaction files from executed contract through closing.
• Work with wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions.
• Manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and closing timelines simultaneously.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and signatures.
• Track important dates, deposits, title/escrow milestones, and closings.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized electronic transaction files and follow up on missing items.
