Qualifications

• 3-5 years in transaction coordination or related administrative roles.
• Real estate license preferred but not required.
• Experience with wholesale, investment, off-market, or investor-focused real estate transactions is a strong plus.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; strong organizational & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of real estate transaction files from contract through closing.
• Work primarily with wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions.
• Manage numerous active transactions, deadlines, and closing timelines simultaneously.
• Review transaction documents for completeness, accuracy, and signatures.
• Track important dates, deposits, title/escrow milestones, and scheduled closings.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic transaction files.
• Follow up on missing documents, signatures, approvals, and outstanding actions.
• Provide regular updates on transaction status and deadlines.
• Identify issues that could delay or prevent a closing and communicate changes promptly.
