CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead people operations at a Texas manufacturing facility. This on-site, site-based role partners with plant leadership to strengthen workforce performance, develop talent, and ensure HR practices support operational goals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing, fluency in English and Spanish, HRIS experience (UKG preferred), and relevant certification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS systems, UKG preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• HR certification is a plus.

• Lead site HR operations and partner with plant leadership to drive workforce performance.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Plan workforce strategy, recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensure HR policies, compliance, safety alignment, and worker wellbeing.
• Coordinate onboarding, terminations, and HR administration.
