Vida Group International is seeking a transformational Senior HR Manager for a large, fast paced manufacturing operation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role partners with site leadership to elevate people strategies, culture, engagement, and retention while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a large, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience transforming culture and leading organizational change.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required to engage with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for a large, complex manufacturing operation and advise site leadership on people-related priorities.
• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with growth and operations objectives.
• Drive cultural transformation, improve retention, engagement, and frontline leadership capability.
• Build scalable HR processes for recruiting, onboarding, training, talent management, and development.
• Establish workforce planning to support continued production and growth and monitor HR KPIs.
