Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience in IT disciplines such as Data Networking, Application Development, Platforms, Database, Data Analytics or Information Security
• Understanding of hardware configurations and software concepts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Work Visa Sponsorship not offered for this role

Responsibilities

• Mentor with experienced technology staff to develop in-depth technical skills
• Complete rotations across multiple technical disciplines
• Determine post-program assignment through career path design and performance
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards
• Identify risk-related issues for escalation
• Promote inclusive work environment and MT Bank brand
• Complete other related duties as assigned
