Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Demonstrated IT discipline experience such as Data Networking, Application Development, Platform OS, Database, Data Analytics or Information Security
• Understanding of hardware configurations and software concepts in current and future technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven influencing skills and teamwork
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Work visa sponsorship not offered for this role

Responsibilities

• Mentor with experienced technology staff to develop cybersecurity skills
• Complete rotations within Cybersecurity to gain broader understanding of Bank services
• Determine post-program assignment through career path design and assessments
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and controls
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate as needed
• Promote belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand
• Maintain internal controls and address audit/regulatory points
• Complete other related duties as assigned
