Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field is required.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected.
Experience with IT disciplines like data networking, app development, platforms OS, database, data analytics or information security.
Understanding of hardware configurations and software concepts in current and future tech.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven influencing and teamwork abilities.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, database and presentation software.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Mentor with experienced technology staff to develop in-depth technical skills in a discipline.
Complete rotations across multiple technical disciplines to broaden understanding.
Determine post-program assignment via career path design, performance, and interest.
Adhere to Company risk and regulatory standards and controls.
Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management.
Promote an environment of belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
