Job summary

PJM Interconnection is seeking recent or upcoming college graduates for a 24-month rotation program within the ITS division. Participants will rotate through application development, technology operations, infrastructure, data analytics, and business technology solutions, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Upon completion, participants are placed into a permanent role aligned with their skills and business needs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related IT experience for new graduates.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Effective communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across ITS functions.
• Participate in structured learning, training, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Engage with leaders and peers through coaching, project work, and roundtables.
• Learn and apply technologies such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
