Job summary

PJM Interconnection’s Information Technology Services (ITS) division offers a 24-month rotation program for recent and upcoming college graduates. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across IT infrastructure, application development, data analytics, and business technology solutions, with mentoring and structured learning.

Upon completion, participants are placed into a permanent role aligned with their skills and business needs, starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a computing-related field.
• 0–2 years of IT, software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, systems support, or related experience.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail and to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across ITS functions such as application development, technology operations, infrastructure, data analytics and business solutions.
• Participate in structured learning, training, and mentoring with ITS leadership and rotation managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable tech solutions and communicate technical information clearly.
• Learn new technologies quickly and contribute as a strong team member to support PJM applications and technology.
