Job summary

PJM Interconnection, LLC invites recent graduates to join a 24-month rotational program. You will complete three eight-month rotations across system operations, market operations, and planning to build a practical foundation in electric power systems and grid operations.

Upon completion, you’ll be placed in a permanent role aligned with your skills and business needs. The start date is June 2027 in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• Ability to apply electrical engineering concepts and power system theory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across system operations, market operations, and planning.
• Apply engineering principles and analytical methods to support studies and optimization.
