Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Vice President of Production to lead molding and assembly operations across two sites, Los Angeles and Ohio. You will own production performance, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, quality, EHS and staffing, driving transformation and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in production leadership, experience across plants, lean manufacturing and ERP/scheduling systems, with regular travel between LA and Ohio and ability to travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience leading molding and assembly operations across more than one plant.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost analysis in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven record of evaluating existing production operations and leading change that measurably improves output, quality and cost.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP and production scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding and assembly operations across two sites.
• Oversee scheduling, purchasing and inventory management.
• Drive quality, environment, health and safety programs.
• Mentor managers and develop succession plans for both locations.
• Report progress to executives and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
