Paycom - ATS is seeking a Food Services Manager II to oversee operations at two locations: Nashville Area Command and Murfreesboro Corps. The role directs staff, develops procedures and menus, manages budgets and inventory, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing across sites, evaluating performance, and selecting vendors within approved parameters. Some hands-on cooking may be required to support operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (Degree in culinary arts preferred).
• Five years of progressively responsible food service experience, including at least two years managing staff, budgets, and operations in a multi-site environment.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Directs work of food service employees or volunteers across two locations (Nashville Area Command and Murfreesboro Corps).
• Establishes priorities, schedules, trains staff, and monitors performance.
• Manages day-to-day food service operations, including staffing deployment and production priorities.
• Makes budgetary and purchasing decisions within approved parameters; ensures inventory controls and regulatory compliance.
• Provides consultation on operations, staffing, vendor performance, and resource needs.
• Supervises inventory of food and kitchen supplies and maintains proper rotation and waste control.
• Plans menus, ensures nutritionally balanced meals, and oversees meal preparation and presentation.
• Provides hands-on cooking or food prep when necessary while maintaining overall management responsibility.

Educación

High School Diploma or GED

Degree in culinary arts preferred

Five years of progressively responsible food service experience

Experience managing staff, budgets, and operations
