The candidate will schedule and supervise daily operations, train team members, monitor performance, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Execute and implement food service programs and policies.
• Train staff on technical aspects of programs.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing communications and POS materials.
• Ensure equipment is operational and sanitation programs are followed.
• Monitor store performance and budget, controlling expenses.
• Communicate with Store and Division Managers via multiple channels.
• Schedule includes 7:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Lead and coach customer service excellence and standards.
