Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is assisting a client to hire an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to oversee two aerospace manufacturing facilities in Texas. The role reports to the VP / General Manager and has overall responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and people leadership across both sites.

Qualifications

• Proven Plant/Operations leadership experience in aerospace, defence, or precision manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
• Strong people leadership and continuous improvement credentials.
• Experience with titanium alloys and stainless steels highly desirable.
• Exposure to forging, thread rolling and heat treatment would be advantageous.
• Ambitious leader aiming for P&L / General Management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the leadership teams and workforce across both facilities.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Ensure manufacturing capacity and resources support customer and business requirements.
• Develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.
• Work closely with the VP / GM to develop broader commercial and financial leadership capability.
