Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to coordinate equipment installations and drive successful project deployment across multiple facilities. The role involves supporting launch programs and ongoing plant initiatives while ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

Travel to various plants is expected to support floor implementation. The ideal candidate combines a manufacturing engineering background with strong coordination, communication, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing plant environments, especially automotive or heavy industrial.
• Experience supporting equipment installations, launches, or production improvements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional plant teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and cycle time impacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
