SkyWater Search Partners seeks a Plant Manager to lead two MN metal fabrication sites during a period of rapid growth. This leader will oversee daily operations and develop people, processes and operating plans to support scale.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity, and partner with engineering, quality, sales and leadership to execute major launches and capital projects.

Formación

• Manufacturing leadership experience in metal fabrication or a closely related environment.
• Experience leading supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading growth, operational change or backlog recovery.
• Positive, credible and hands-on leadership style.
• Knowledge of processes such as laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, finishing or assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations across both facilities.
• Build plans around capacity, staffing, scheduling and backlog.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Develop supervisors and strengthen accountability throughout the organization.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence with employees.
• Partner closely with engineering, quality, sales and executive leadership.
• Support major customer launches, capital investments and process improvements.
