Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Palm Desert is seeking a Dual Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for the Courtyard Palm Desert and Residence Inn Palm Desert. You will develop sales strategies, build relationships, and drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across two Marriott-branded hotels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel sales, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage two properties with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of hotel sales experience with revenue goals.
• Proven success in business development and market-share growth.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategy and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales for two hotels.
• Execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Prospect new business opportunities in group, catering, and events.
• Grow key accounts through strategic planning and service.
• Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory.
