Twenty Four Seven Hotels seeks a Dual Sales Manager for the Courtyard Palm Desert and Residence Inn Palm Desert. You will drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR by leading sales, developing relationships, and executing strategic plans across two properties.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, revenue management, and operations to maximize profitability, expand market share, and deliver measurable revenue results in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel sales with a history of meeting revenue goals.
• Proven success in business development, account management, and market growth.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategy, revenue management, and market segmentation.
• Exceptional prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop revenue-generating strategies.
• Self-starter with organizational skills to manage two properties.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales for two Palm Desert hotels.
• Execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Prospect and secure new business in group, catering, and event segments.
• Generate revenue through outside calls, events, and client presentations.
• Identify high-value accounts in partnership with hotel leadership.
• Negotiate corporate negotiated accounts and group contracts.
