Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for Residence Inn Palm Desert. The role leads the Housekeeping Department to ensure exceptional cleanliness, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction at the Palm Desert property.

The successful candidate will supervise associates, control labor and expenses, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience leading, training, and developing housekeeping associates.
• Experience managing departmental expenses, inventory, and operating budgets.
• Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping operations, room inspections, and cleanliness standards.
• Experience working with Marriott-branded properties preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the Housekeeping Department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates.
• Manage associate performance, including evaluations and disciplinary matters as needed.
• Establish daily assignments and staffing levels based on business demands.
• Implement and maintain 24Seven Hotels' procedures and Marriott brand standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor departmental expenses and approve budgeted expenditures.
