Twenty Four Seven Hotels seeks a General Manager for Residence Inn Palm Desert, CA. The role oversees all hotel operations, drives guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and profitability while maintaining Marriott brand standards and extended‑stay guest expectations.

The position requires a hands‑on leader with Marriott GM experience, capable of building strong leadership teams, advancing associate development, and delivering an exceptional extended‑stay guest experience in the Palm Desert

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in a comparable select‑service, extended‑stay, or premium‑branded hotel environment.
• Previous General Manager experience with a Marriott‑branded hotel is required.
• Residence Inn or other Marriott extended‑stay brand experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan and operating budget.
• Partner with revenue management and sales teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Drive topline growth, manage expenses, and protect hotel assets.
