Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels seeks a General Manager for Residence Inn Palm Desert. Lead hotel operations, drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement at an extended-stay Marriott property in Palm Desert, CA.

You will manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and Sales in alignment with Marriott standards and local market dynamics, while building a strong leadership team and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in a comparable select-service, extended-stay, or premium-branded hotel environment.
• Previous General Manager experience with a Marriott-branded hotel is required.
• Residence Inn or other Marriott extended-stay brand experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on leadership throughout all areas of the hotel.
• Lead and inspire associates to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of extended-stay hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, breakfast service, maintenance, and guest relations.
• Identify operational performance, productivity, and service gaps and implement effective solutions.
