Job summary

ADP Middleware Test Company is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at the Colorado Office facility. You will manage production equipment and personnel to meet targets, lead safety audits, and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will deliver safety training, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant supervision.
• Proven knowledge of safety procedures, safety audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing production equipment and leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper operation and timely maintenance.

• Monitor workforce performance, provide coaching, and support employee development initiatives.
