Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years of warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse leads, technicians, and interns.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate workloads and schedules across two locations.
• Manage reverse tasks including returns and warranty processing.
• Support management in executing the warehouse and technology operations plan.
