Job summary

SITECH-Tejas in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment for two store locations. You will supervise Warehouse Leads, Technology Systems Technicians, and interns while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting sales, service, and delivery processes across both sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Minimum of three years of related warehouse, inventory, parts, technology systems, or fulfillment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productivity and teamwork to ensure Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
• Supervises warehouse and technology fulfillment operations across two store locations with consistent processes and inventory discipline.
• Coordinates workload and schedules for Warehouse Leads, Technicians, and interns to meet customer and operational needs.
• Oversees incoming sales orders, inventory ordering, delivery expectations, and system delivery for invoicing.
• Develops and maintains warehouse procedures across both stores, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.
