Job summary

HOLT CAT is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for SITECH Tejas in Grand Prairie, TX. The role leads two store locations, overseeing warehouse and technology fulfillment, inventory control, and customer service to support sales growth and operations.

You will supervise Warehouse Leads and Technicians, coordinate workload, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery. A strong emphasis on safety, training, and process improvements is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or must be obtained within company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and technology fulfillment operations across two store locations.
• Direct and support Warehouse Leads and Technology Systems Technicians.
• Coordinate workload and schedules to meet customer and operational needs.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environments and enforce policies.
