Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years of leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage physician services across two or more practice locations or nine or more physicians/APPs/FTEs.
• Collaborate with physician leaders to ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, NCBON, CMS, DHHS).
• Coordinate resources and activities to meet service line goals and standards.
• Support mission, values, and management of WakeMed and WakeMed Physician Practices.
