Job summary

Qualifications

• WA State MA-C certification and active BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; document vital signs and medical history.
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered by the provider.
• Perform in-office testing (EKGs, urinalysis, strep tests) and collect lab specimens.
• Venipuncture and capillary blood collection as required.
• Ensure proper documentation in the EMR (AdvancedMD).
• Monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Greet patients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.
