Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential evaluative and therapeutic services for a high school caseload. This contract role supports a two-day-per-week on-site schedule with CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply, emphasizing collaboration with educators and families to meet IEP goals.

The position requires a valid SLP license and strong organizational and communication skills to manage a diverse caseload in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Speech Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in school-based settings, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication disorder assessments for high school students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and provide timely updates
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to help students succeed
