Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Hartford, CT is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students throughout the school year.

Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultation to a diverse caseload; collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff; and develop IEPs with careful progress documentation.

SLP-CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged; CT licensure or eligibility is required; part-time schedule is 3 days per week with meaningful professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and CT licensure or eligibility.
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultation to a diverse caseload of students
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans in compliance with IEP guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and required reporting
