Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Wisconsin. This full-time contract position serves approximately 38–40 students across elementary to high school, onsite with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and active state licensure. Experience in school settings is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain regular documentation and progress reports according to school and district guidelines.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and services.
• Provide direct therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high schools onsite.
• Remain current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
