You will build demand forecasts, manage distribution, monitor competition, and drive the total revenue agenda across Sales, F&B, and Spa. Strong leadership and hospitality experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in hotel revenue management with leadership experience.
• Experience with revenue management and forecasting systems.
• Knowledge of online distribution and channel management.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Yield management and ability to explain variances to executives.

Responsabilités

• Set yield strategy and approve rate changes across two resorts.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts.
• Manage distribution channels, costs, and rate parity.
• Monitor the competitive set and market shifts.
