Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a HE Category Management Director for TV & Sound in its CE eCommerce organization. You will own end-to-end P&L across Samsung.com and major retailers, steering revenue, profit, pricing, and promotions.

In addition to category ownership, you will lead expansion initiatives into new channels and partnerships, including social commerce and carrier programs, while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail Sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, category management, retail merchandising, or brand P&L management.
• Proven ownership of a P&L of comparable scale with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Strong quantitative fluency in forecasting, margin analysis, and Excel-based financial models.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for TV & Sound across all eCommerce channels and reporting against plan.
• Define pricing architecture, promotions, and MDF/co-op investments with Finance and Sales.
• Own category sell-in/sell-out forecasts and correct drift to prevent inventory or OP issues.
• Lead the Category Management team and serve as escalation point for Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail Sales in B2B/B2C reviews and execution.
