Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Director of Category Management for Digital Appliances.

You will own end-to-end P&L for DA across Samsung.com and partner retailers, lead profitability turnaround, and drive growth through pricing, promotions, and new channel initiatives. Lead a small team of category managers and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to execute strategies that improve margins and expand SMB/B2B engagement in a fast-paced ecommerce

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in eCommerce, category management, retail merchandising, or brand P&L management.
• Experience managing pricing, promotional investment, and channel strategy with retail partners or D2C platforms.
• MBA or equivalent quantitative business discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own DA P&L across Samsung.com and partners, with revenue and OP% accountability.
• Lead turnaround plan to restore profitability and growth.
• Set pricing architecture and promotional cadence in partnership with Finance and Sales.
• Forecast and demand planning; reconcile against retailer forecasts and drive accuracy.
• Manage DA Category Managers and escalate category-level issues to senior leadership.
• Represent DA in weekly reviews and cross-functional partnerships for category execution.
