Job summary

At least 2 years experience in Document Control, Contract Coordinator, QA/QC, or Turnover.
Technical education preferred.
Must be able to travel freely to multiple job sites.
Experience with O365, Excel, and construction management tracking software.
Must complete all pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with document control, work packages, planning, QA/QC and other project support tasks.
Monitor submittals, approvals and fabrication releases.
Build and organize turnover packages with test records and certificates.
Schedule and lead system walk-downs with project teams.
Verify compliance documents and manuals are logged.
Support Project Management in achieving project results.
