Job summary

GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Turnover Coordinator for our Lebanon, IN project. The role focuses on managing the flow of technical information between the GrayWolf Project Management team, customers, subcontractors, and vendors, while building key internal and external relationships.

You will assist with document control, work packages, QA/QC, and other project support tasks, monitor schedules for submittals and releases, and help assemble turnover packages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Document Control, Contract Coordination, QA/QC or Turnover.
• Completion of technical education preferred.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites without restrictions.
• Experience with O365 applications, Excel, and construction management tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Document Control, Work Packages, QA/QC and other project support tasks.
• Monitor project schedules regarding submittals, approvals, and fabrication releases.
• Build and organize digital and physical Turnover Packages (TOPs) containing test records, quality data, and certificates.
• Schedule and lead system walk-downs with construction, commissioning, and client teams to check readiness.
• Verify that all compliance documents, inspection forms, and manuals are complete and logged into the electronic database.
• Provide assistance to the Project Management Team in achieving successful project results.
