Job summary

Philips Recruiting Services / Philips Automotive Recruiting seeks a seasoned Project Manager for complex manufacturing and construction projects in Michigan. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison with customers to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Responsibilities include planning turnkey projects, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing bids, reading blueprints, and coordinating with engineering, production, and sales to meet specifications and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management required.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Minimum six years of project management experience in manufacturing/construction.
• Experience with steel fabrication or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers as main contact.
• Plan and execute turnkey projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop project schedules, track progress and address delays.
• Create and manage budgets, monitor costs, and review quotes.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings for fabrication.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate costs.
