Phillips, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead planning and coordination of several construction projects. You will provide technical oversight, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and align plans with on-site execution.

The role supports multiple concurrent projects, advancing toward leadership opportunities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with multiple projects concurrently is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are required.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate work plans, project schedules, submittal data, CAD drawings, etc.
• Track project quantities and generate project billing; assist field teams and supervisors.
• Support up to 10 concurrent projects and provide client updates.
• Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate material procurement and quality control with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze data and produce reports to aid decision-making.
• Progressively assume leadership responsibilities toward management roles.
