Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries (PTI) in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a seasoned project manager to lead cross-functional teams through all phases of automotive or industrial equipment projects.

You will ensure timelines, budgets, and quality, maintain program documentation and stage-gate requirements, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers, present status updates to leadership, and travel 5–10% for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years project management experience in automotive, heavy duty or industrial equipment.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project development and execution.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain and manage project documentation and stage gate requirements, including APQP where applicable.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and commercial teams.
