Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production staff with clear expectations and feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive improvements with measurable results.
• Establish standard work, metrics, and daily management routines.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, engineering, materials, and supply chain to improve plant performance.
• Manage staffing, labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation amid changing production demands.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents and downtime.
• Support new product launches, process changes, and capacity improvements.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, continuous improvement, ownership of results.
