Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations.
• Track record of improving quality, cost, delivery, safety and productivity.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with new product/program launches.
• Financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and plant-level P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations including production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Set and execute operational strategies aligned to company goals and CI initiatives.
• Ensure targets for quality, delivery, productivity, and cost are met or exceeded.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage annual operating plan, budget, and financial performance.
• Maintain accountability for monthly and annual plant results.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Prepare for plant emergencies and operational disruptions.
• Develop employees and promote a culture of trust, accountability, teamwork, and integrity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and set clear expectations.
• Communicate across all levels and provide coaching and direction.
• Resolve operational issues and address employee conflicts.
• Build relationships across functional areas and support new product launches.
