Job summary

Philips is seeking a Project Manager in Bothell, WA to lead multi-discipline projects, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk. You will align outcomes with Philips business objectives and report to senior management.

You will apply PM standards (PMBOK, SAFe) and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing stakeholders and the business case to maximize value. This is an office role requiring in-person presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or related area; master’s degree acceptable with no experience.
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and SAFe; ability to apply project management standards in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and execute multi-discipline projects in accordance with specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and quality standards.
• Balance and manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and provide progress, risk, and escalation reporting to senior management.
• Apply Philips project management standards and methodologies (PBS, PEPF, PMBOK, SAFe) across projects.
